The Phoenix Tavern (Bundoran)

Phoenix doesn’t usually come up but I was drinking with the owners last night and thought it was time. Bit shocked, really. This is a very good Guinness. Joins Celtic and Railway in a Bundoran triumvirate. Stunner despite the chonky head on pint one.
