Ma Nolan’s Vieux Nice

I keep trying. Two-part pours but the staff churn, glasses, and temp are a problem. Below the rim and somehow flowing over? Taste can be fine. Depends on the gods. Oddly, the Port location is a bit more consistent (not sure about Cannes).
